The village Bezdan, with its more than 6500 inhabitants is in the triangle of Hungary, Croatia (on the left side of the river Danube) and North-Serbia (Batchka).
The croatian border is 5 kms far away from Bezdan and the hungarian border is just 3 kms further. The surroundings is wonderful, with a lot of oak forest, water and with rich animal world. The air and water is clear, because in the near of the village are not factories what can cause the pollution of the air and water. The different waters around Bezdan, rivers, lakes, give the opportunity for fishing and for hunting at small and big wild or just to go for a walk.
The medicinal bath is in the center of the village and through 90 years it became a modern rehabilitations center with 96 beds. All of the sick-rooms have got 4-6 beds. Besides the sick-rooms we have got 4 camping houses with 2 rooms and in each of the rooms are 2 beds.
The staff is able to heal and to take care of the mobile and unmobile patients. The medicinal specialists, the specialists for hygienical gymnastics, nurses take care of the successful medical treatment and recovery.
The sodium-hydrocarbonat, ionide and alkali containing thermal water (26°C and 37°C) is being used for the rheumatic pains, exactly by the bonejoint function troubles. We have got 3 gymnasiums for the mobile hygienical gymnastics and in our other departments there is the opportunity for electro-hygienical gymnastics, working hygienical gymnastics, paraffin hygienical gymnastics, underwater massages, hydroelectrical hygienical gymnastics and not at least for laser hygienical gymnastics.
We treat successful the paralysed persons, the conditions after a bonebreak and after a spine operation, further more the neuritises and the degenerated and rheumatic inflammations of the joint.
